About Christopher Pierce

Christopher Pierce has been called a poetic artist.  Pierce is a nationally recognized fine artist who paints florals, still lifes, portraits figures and interiors with panache and a mature sensitivity.  He is well known for his huge, commanding florals that come from the bounty of his gardens in upstate New York.  

He grew up in NYC and attended Skidmore College, Saratoga Springs, NY and has a masters from College of St. Rose, Albany, NY. He continued his education with study at the Arts Students' League, NY and independent study in Tuscany and Sicily.

Pierce is a member of the Portrait Society of America, The Salmagundi Club, NYC, American Artists Professional League, NY, Hudson Valley Art Association, NY and Southern Vermont Art Center, Manchester, VT.
